Hey guys! I hope you are enjoying this series of embracing my healthy lifestyle. I love sharing what has worked for me and having a protein shake each day has been one of my number one must haves. I add coffee and Left Field Farms coffee creamer (it has real sugar, cream and non-GMO project verified!) to mine so this might be another reason why I am slightly obsessed with it.
Disclaimer: I use 310 Shakes but you can use any protein shake that works best for you.
Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Shake Recipe
1 Scoop Chocolate 310 Protein Powder
1 tbsp Left Field Farms Caramel Coffee Creamer (available at Walmart, use Ibotta App to get money back on your purchase!)
6 ozs Almond Milk
8 ozs Coffee
I blend it all together using this Hamilton Beach Stay or Go Blender with 32-Oz Jar, 2 Personal Single Serve 16-Oz Jars & 8-Oz ChopperThe 16 oz jars are great for blending your shake then attaching the cover with drinking spout so you don’t have to use two different products to make your shake. Blend and you are done. Super easy cleanup since I don’t have to clean a blender and a container for my shake. This one now has an extra one plus the 8ozs chopper which it didn’t have when I bought it almost 4 years ago. So awesome to get those extras. And it is under $30 and has lasted this long with no issues so I highly recommend this blender.
And that is it! Super easy and so delicious. I used this recipe with Shakeology and 310 so I am sure it will work with any chocolate and or mocha protein shake.
